Thursday, March 5, 2015 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE TORONTO, ON – The American Sim Hockey League announced Thursday that Oakland Seals forward T.J. Hensick has been named the AsHL Player of the Month for February. The 29 year-old centreman recorded 20 goals, 20 assists and 40 points in 15 games with a plus-minus rating of plus-22. Hensick recorded points in all 15 February games and is in the midst of an 18-game point streak, a span in which the Seals have played to a mark of 15-2-1-0. Currently in his fifth season with Oakland, Hensick leads the AsHL in scoring with 34 goals, 58 assists and 92 points in 43 games with a plus-minus rating of plus-48. The native of Lansing, MI, led the Seals in scoring last season with 33 goals, 48 assists and 81 points in 70 games, guiding them to an AsHL Pacific Division crown.
