What round do you feel that you have gotten the most value from since your involvement in the league?

I personally feel that I find value in the 5th Round.
When I was the Assistant GM of the Montreal Canadians I drafted Peter Mrazek in the 5th Round. Even though he has moved on from that organization, he will definitely see some NsHL time in the future.
My first draft as GM of the Phoenix Coyotes I drafted Andrew Shaw in the 5th Round which was then moved as part of a package for PA Parenteau. Already making a great impression in the AsHL.
My second draft saw a bit of a reach in Dmitry Sinitsyn. A recent article from his coach said he is the most improved player in his squad and should do well in his professional career.
My third draft saw three picks in the 5th round. I drafted Andrew Copp (University of Michigan Sophomore Standout), Patrik Bartosek (Overage Goalie playing well in Red Deer), Evan Cambpell (UMass-Lowell forward who is struggling in his first year).

I wouldn't call it my best round, but I kinda like the fifth round, too... have had a lot of picks there in my five years and have grabbed a couple players who could still pan out to be quality NHLers down the road [Wey, Stone, Kuraly, Pietial, Agostino, Possler]. If even one of them ends up having a good career I will be very happy with my 5th round gambles. Not sure I would call it finding value, but by the fifth round you are looking at more of a who you like than who you think you have to take, so if they pan out it is just more satisfying...
2009 - Kieran Millan G [still playing in Avs system], Patrick Wey D [former college stand-out shut down D has had a couple games in NHL this year] 2010 - Morgan Ellis D [MTL prospect, I dealt him to Colorado], Yasin Cisse RW [oops], Kenneth Agostino [has been pt per game player at Yale, appears to be good prospect still with Calgary], Mark Stone RW [pt per game in AHL this year, has played a few NHL games - nice upside still] 2011 - Philippe Hudon RW [long shot... got the wrong Hudon a year early], Reece Scarlett D [NHL 6th rounder developing nicely for Devils], Sean Kuraly C [two-way forward in 2nd college season], Blake Pietila LW [hard working winger in the Devils system expected to be a good energy or checking line player - since dealt to Chicago] 2012 - Dominic Toninato C [having decent rookie college season], Mike McKee D [former USHL penalty king struggling to find playing time in college so far] 2013 - Gustav Possler LW [seems to be developing well so far]

Well this isn't even close ... ROUND TWO is king for me. I wish i could say something cool like i found ten gems in the sixth round, but the facts are clear it's round two: 2010 - Tyler Toffoli 2009 - Brandon Pirri 2008 - Jake Allen Three young up-n-comers all playing in the Western Conf with very solid teams.

Although it's only a small sample size with three drafts, I feel like the most joy when looking back on my 6th round picks.
2011 - Darren Dietz, D (Habs prospect progressing nicely. Was drafted in the 5th round of the NHL draft but he slid here. It killed me to deal him to Nashville a year ago, but I was lucky enough to get him back in the Pacioretty deal) 2012 - Francois Brassard, G (He's among the league leaders in all categories in the QMJHL this year and set a record for longest shutout streak), Colin Smith, C (He finished tied for fourth in WHL scoring last season with 106 points. Slowly moving along in Lake Erie this year) 2013 - Greg Chase, C (Chase was a 7th rounder in the NHL draft. He was averaging a goal a game for a while early in the year, but now has 70 points in 58 games, good for 14th in league scoring)
It's fun looking back when you hit home runs. Not so much when you remember players you passed on who became stars.

I am going to leave 2013 out, but for me it is no doubt the 5th round.
2008 - Philip Larsen, Joel Broda
Larsen isn't a star, but he does have 112 NHL games under his belt. Broda is a bit of an ECHL and AHL tweener, but not too bad for a 5th rounder.
2009 - Gabriel Dumont, Marcus Kruger, Erik Haula, Joni Ortio
Kruger has established himself as a regular in Chicago and is currently skating in the Olympics for Sweden. Dumont and Haula are getting close, with Haula seeing more time in the NHL this year (and I traded him today!). Ortio is currently having an outstanding season for Abbotsford in the AHL and was briefly recalled by the Flames prior to the Olympics.
2010 - Konrad Abeltshauser
While he is no longer in the organization, Konrad is enjoying a pretty solid professional debut in Worcester of the AHL.
2012 - Brandon Whitney, Jake Dotchin, Daniel Gunnarsson
Whitney, thankfully, is recovering nicely after taking a puck to the throat and suffering a lot of damage (had to be induced for surgery). These three young men our all on their way to earning ELCs this summer.

I would say 5th round is the round I'm happiest with as I got two players that likely will be very helpful to my organization. Jared Spurgeon and Riley Barber. If I get lucky one of Coda Gordon, Logan Nelson and or Reece Wilcox will also help out!
