Gentlemen,
The "new NsHL" has not been good to the Anaheim Duck organization, obviously. Because of this I am forced to make some very unfortunate decisions with personnel. I will begin entertaining offers on the following quality players. If you have interest in a top 6 forward, please read below. If you have interest in a puckmoving, responsible, defensemen please read below. If you need role players and don't want to pay an arm and a leg to acquire them, please read below. Anaheim has what you need.

Mike Comrie (LW/C/RW)
Mike plays all three forward positions which makes him an enormously valuable commodity to any team looking to make a deep playoff run. His versatility, speed, and skill set make him an excellent top 6 winger or center. His contract (2 years $3,000,000) is market value for player of his caliber. Mike is currently 4th on the Ducks in scoring (27 points. Because of his salary and the fact that he is playing well on my team, I am not desperate to trade, Mr. Hillary Duff, however, would look to move him in a deal with a decent prospect/pick/NHL ready player.

Ian Laperriere (RW/C)
Ian is a versatile winger who plays tough and adds grit, leadership, and a positive work ethic to any lineup. Not happy with your current role players? Look no further than Ian. Ian has chipped in with 6 points on our team and has been playing solid fourth line minutes. With his help, Anaheim has been one of the team leaders in hits throughout the season. I am looking for a modest pick or prospect for Ian...nothing extravagant, of course. Ian is 35, is playing well in the NHL, and has a 2 year $2.0 million contract.

Jeff Hoggan (LW/RW)
Jeff is a fan favorite and has a great work ethic. The fact that he can play both wings, adds grit, and provides decent playmaking abilities make him a nice role player for your team. Jeff has two years remaining on a $1.75 million salary. Jeff has kept my penalty kill in the top 10 all season long. I am looking for a modest pick or prospect, nothing extravagant.

Marek Zidlicky (D)
Marek is a slick moving defensemen who cleans up his own end very well. Need some punch to
to your powerplay? Look no further than Marek's direction. We made a trade for Marek earlier
in the year and want to put him on a team that has serious playoff hopes. Marek makes your team
better as he proved here in Anaheim with his play. He is in the last year of a $2.4 million salary
so he won't break your bank, either, for the amount of skill you will be receiving. I am interested
in a solid defensive prospect or similar pick in return for Marek.

Ville Peltonen (LW)
Ville is a very nice depth forward who has the skill level to play in all situations. Ville is in the
last year of a $1.6 million contract and will be retiring at the end of the year. Ville has 12 points
for my team and has played well. He possesses a good mix of speed and skill and would be an
EXCELLENT choice for your underachieving penalty kill. My penalty kill is in the top 10 because
of players like Ville.

These players would
be available in a very good deal:
Tyler Arnason (LW/C) Tyler has a 71SC and a 76PA which make him an extremely servicable
player on a team's top 6. He has 3 years remaining on a $3.75 million contract.
Vitali Vishnevski (Hits hard, has been a stalwart on Anaheim's D since the beginning)
3 years $3.0 million/year salary
Kirk Maltby (veteran winger plays both side of the pivot and has excelled as a top 6 forward,
believe it or not) 2 years $2.75 million
All other players on the roster would be available to you if you are willing to bring the extreme "wow" factor
to the table. Please, no tire kickers on Krejci, Penner, Getzlaf, Erhoff, Kovalev, Rafalski, or Bryzgalov.
Thanks!!! If you need someone on this list, don't hesitate to hit me up on ICQ ( 65089562),
