Seattle, WA- The Thunderbirds got a taste of the Knights road warrior toughness last night. Bringing the leagues 2nd best road record and most wins on the road this season, the Knights are starting to make believers out of their faithful. With a convincing 4-1 victory over Seattle, the Knights just may put down the Western Conference regular season champs.
Special teams has been a big part of the Knights game in these playoffs so far. In the first round they did it with the 3rd best power play and the best penalty killing. Omaha scored two more PP goals and remain perfect in PK.
Justin Papineau is leading the team offensively with 3g and 4a in 6 games. Justin has scored a point in all 6 playoff games so far. D Max Kondratiev has awakened from his season long slumber and has 3g and 3a.
