Dallas, TX- The Dallas Stars will be under new ownership effective immediately. The Stars former GM FX Brassard has quit leaving a team that is in dire need of leadership, management, and direction.
"The NsHL BOD collectively will take over the daily operations of the Dallas Stars." said Commissioner Nathan Kopsack. "The BOD will be acting on behalf of the rest of the NsHL to make the team solvent, competitive, and set up for success in the future. We will run this team until a competant suitor can take over full operations of the Dallas Stars. " mentioned Commissioner Kopsack.
The situation is very similar to the one that the Montreal Expos of the MLB experienced two years ago before it was bought by a firm to move it to Washington, D.C. "We will only do things that we feel will benefit the Stars organization and will set them up for success in the future. We plan on running the Dallas Stars indefinitely. " concluded Kopsack.
The BOD including GMs Mike Henderson, Mark Kopsack, Tony Pisano, and Adam Taylor will sit down tonight to give the team direction and to see who stays and who goes.
"We will be making some trades to benefit this team." said a BOD member. "We will get them back up on their feet and competitive or we will get them going in the right direction. It starts with the daily operations, the lines management, the hands on style of management that will get this team going. It starts there." concluded the BOD member.
More on who will be on the Dallas Stars trade block when the meeting concludes tonight.
This is I.P. Freely for NsHL Sports.

Did FX go on a drug binge or something? (I remember his quote about his avid drug use)
Just kidding, I have complete faith that the BOD will make this franchise viable so long as Adam keeps his hands off of it. (lol)
