Well since i am working my first night shift i figured this would be a good time to get the financial ratings done.
First things first i will not be making any judgements on any team whatsoever. This is for everyones team. You will not read things like "You have enough money to get some good free agents but with your young team i would not go and get them" I am not here to make judgements just to give out facts. I will be grading on 4 factors.
1. Cash on Hand 2. Free Agent Signability 3. Payroll for 2004-2005 season 4. Expectations
The first three you will receive some sort of grade. These grades are not scaled from 1 to 30 but just the opinion of the finance team on how well each one is. The fourth one is what WE as the Finance Team are expecting and maybe a couple tips we will give and you can take how you want to. We were quite leaniant the first year and we are going to take a very proactive step in the upcoming season. Nothing will get out of hand i will guarantee that.
Lastly i welcome all questions or comments about these grades or expectations. But please keep them private and do not go to a public forum with your problems or questions. If you have a question contact me directly via email.
I will be doing these by email so to show no preference i will be starting from the top down. Pittsburgh will be the first and San Jose the last. Just the way the cookie crumbles.
I wish everyone a happy draft and great 2004-2005 season in the NsHL because i guarantee will hit the ice on time.
