The Philadelphia Flyers are placing Bryce Salvador on the block. This is a tough decision for us as he has been a very solid 6th and 7th defenseman since we acquired him in the middle of season one. However, he's simply caught up in a numbers game and we've decided to go with Jim Vandermeer.
He's only 30, is affordable ($875,000, two years), he brings intensity, strength, size 6'2" 213lbs and he's not a liability on the ice.
As we noted above, we don't want to have to move him, but unfortunatley it's in the best interest of him, Vandermeer and the organization to move him. Please email me or send me a message on ICQ if you have any interest.
