The Devils have several players that could benefit from rerates and can’t rerate everyone so I’m listening to offers on a number of players. PM me if you want to inquire about anyone.
I am not opposed to keeping all of them because they’re useful as is and I think they can all repeat what they’ve done so they aren’t going cheap.
Im also willing to listen on Jack Eichel, but can’t see myself trading him unless someone offers the house for him. Only reason I’ll listen is because I’ve had so many inquiries and I now have three elite centers so I’m willing to look at spreading the talent out better.
Jonas Donskoi meanwhile can be had for a late round pick. He is likely the odd man out for me while some prospects coming up so I’d like to see him go where he can play in what will probably be his final season. He can still contribute at this level and deserves the opportunity to do so.
What NJ is looking for is a top three defenseman. Preferably a more offensive minded one.
