We once again find ourselves below the cap floor in our attempt to straddle the line between staying afloat and gathering assets.
Players like Riley Nash, Derek Brassard, Matthew Perrault and Dominik Simon remain available but I may have to get creative with returns to make sure I'm not dumping more salary.
Alternatively, if you are looking to dump a bad contract prior to the deadline to give yourself more flexibility to make deals for a playoff run, we're more than happy to take on one or more.
