-Atlantic City, NJ After their inaugural season, the Vegas Golden Knights have relocated their farm team. Effective for the 2019-2020 season, the Golden Knights minor league affiliate will be the Atlantic City Blackjacks. The Austin Aces struggled last season in almost every area. As an expansion team, Austin had one of the older AsHL lineups and had trouble finding chemistry. Less than half of the roster from last season will be in the opening night lineup this season. For Atlantic City, hopes are high for the Blackjacks as they now have a deeper pool of young talent to begin developing. Up front, 20 year old and 3rd overall Filip Zadina will begin his professional career, giving fans a dynamic scorer to cheer for. On defense, youngsters Neal Pionk and Phillippe Myers are a pair of future NsHL blueliners who will make up one of the better pairings in the league. And in goal, Anthony Stolarz is expected to continue his development after showing signs of brilliance during his brief stint with Vegas last season. Hunter Miska moves up the depth chart as well.
