As some of you may have known, I am a member of the Canadian Forces. Over the past year I have been training for my tour in Afghanistan, and well, seems the time has come. I'm hopping on a plane soon, and will be unable to perform my GM duties for a while. I've lined up a friend of mine with some sim league experience to step in for me while I'm gone. My team isn't going to be making many moves, so basically he'll be in charge of sending lines in, and that type of thing.
Anyways, I thought it was time to make this news official to you all, I will be having him make a post sometime in the near future to let you know who he is, and how you can talk to him. I'm not gone just yet, but I wanted everyone to know the situation.
You guys are great, and I'll miss every minute I'm not spending on here making my Bluejackets better.
-Greg Stack

Hey Greg, you and men like you are doing an important job. I don't know if I could make the same sacrifice as you are about to do.
All the best and God be with you.

Greg, like another buddy of mine who finished his tour earlier this year as a gunner on a leopard tank, do us proud. I'm proud of all you guys over there. Keep your head down, and if you don't mind, on a couple of your shells, would you mind writing......
"From the boys of the NsHL"............. I don't think that's too much to ask while you do some Taliban ass kicking! And please let us know how those rounds do!
You and all the boys and girls playing over there are true heroes! Thank you for your service my friend. Also, I do know you get internet access over there, so please stop by on MSN for a time or two to say hello, just to let us know you're safe and sound.
Do Canada and the world proud my friend. Cuz we're proud of the job you're doing. Keep your head down and your spirit up. Save the trip on the Highway of Heroes until the war is over, and you're coming home for good, so you can trade Dany Heatley back to Atlanta.
All the best my friend. I know you'll do Canada proud!

Thanks for the best wishes guys. I'll keep in touch as best I can. I've outlined what I want done by my fill in guy (Terry Maughan, he should be dropping by today or tomorrow at some point). None of my guys are moving when I leave, he's got outlines for tradeable guys, but Nash, Fritsche, Heatley, Zherdev, Woywitka, and such are not going on the market when I leave. lol
I might post onece more, but we'll see. I'll stay in touch. Be good guys.
