Perhaps Nate, Mark or another BOD member would know more details, but Jasun Yu (if memory serves me) had entered into a trade with a new GM who had just come into Carolina (I think.) It was lopsided and unfair to the new guy, and when the trade was knocked down by the BOD because it would've hurt the Carolina franchise and the integrity of the league, Mr. Yu went Ape-sh*t. Was rather abusive to the board, started sending out e-mails and IMs to other GMs about quitting and starting another sim-league, and other things....
Don't we have a rule in the constitution that all trades by new GMs will be reviewed by the BOD because of this situation???

Yes, I believe that all trades within the first 90 days have to have BOD approval.

If you want Jason Yu's "Where are they now?" piece, I will tell you the following:
Jason bad mouthed the BOD about an incredibly horrible trade made with a newer GM that completely raped the Carolina Hurricanes of all players and several prospects (before Jeremy Kozinski's successful run as GM). It turns out that Jason was merely using the NsHL as a springboard to begin his own league called the GAHL (which we creatively named, the Gay Ass Hockey League). His intentions were to infiltrate the NsHL, steal as many quality GMs as possible, gleen as much information from the Constitution as he could, and jump ship in a blaze of glory.
Jason attempted to use the bad publicity for sympathy in luring several of our solid GMs away from the NsHL. However, there wasn't much sympathy for Jason due to many attempts at unethical behavior and a history of unreliablitiy.
Jason's poor NsHL/GM reputation led to only a very small handful of NsHL GMs participating in his self proclaimed "greatest simulation hockey league on the web." Jason, with his tremendous reputation for ending leagues as quickly as they start watched as the league struggled to fill gaping holes in the GM list and eventual went belly up after a season or two.
Jason is best known for stealing several NsHL copyrighted rules including over half of the constitutional ideas created by the founding fathers of the NsHL. He is above average starting leagues, however, he has an incredibly horrible record for longevity as he saw his 3rd and final simulation project tank after just 1 season. He claims his tremendous college schedule kept him from putting the time into being a Commissioner.
If anyone would like to continue the story, please do so below:

If my memory serves me correct he was also the GM the brought Lemieux to Ottawa. I was one of the GMs that joined the GAHL but dropped out of it within the first month of operations as it was piss poor run.
